Canada’s fashion authority, Flare has really pulled off an amazing cover for their September issue, with the gorgeous Doutzen Kroes.
I am avid reader of the Flare website and always ask about this magazine at international newsagents *they never have it* and seeing this amazing cover makes me want to move to Canada!!
