After my discovery of Vero Moda *check out my gushing post* I was excited to see what its parent company Bestseller had to offer at their spring/summer press day. The Danish-owned company produce much more than Vero Moda *preppy femininity*, with its sister brands: Very by Vero Moda *fashion forward*, menswear brand Jack & Jones *rivals H&M menswear*, SELECTED *feminine but fearless*, ONLY *all about denim*, and VILA *vintage inspired*.
There were so many pieces that I absolutely adored – most being from the Vero Moda and Very by Vero Moda lines, as well as ONLY.
I love this red suede blazer from Very by Vero Moda, gorgeous cute and will look amazing teamed over a knitted dress or with jeans. It is a shame I have to wait until March for it to be in store. The label also had a lot of other pieces I adored mainly because it was inspired by a love for all things American.
Like with other press days I have been on, the American preppy look is definitely going to be making a splash come spring, and I can’t wait – because as regularly readers will know I love and dream of America!!!
Vero Moda had a 70s feel, I particularly fell in love with the yellow Halston inspired dress (top image), with its layers and black piping detailing – gorgeous summer dress coming in April.
As with the store, the knitwear caught my attention, always such great quality *I have a stringent touch test – always super soft*. Bestsellers’ ONLY brand showed this floral v-neck cardigan, due to hit stores in April and I think it will be a sell out. This is also a label that really combines great feminine pieces with the masculine qualities of denim and is perfect for my casual style.
Thanks again to Charlotte for the invite. I had such a great time and can’t wait to check out the collection again as soon as the spring arrives.
