Verdict: This dress is exquisite by design. I love the simple silhouette, the textured detailing, and most of all the transparent hem. I am not sure why but instantly it adds something special to this cocktail dress which I love. As always Reese looks elegant and sophisticated and is the perfect ambassador for any brand.
