Wearing: A pale pink Elie Saab gown with floral appliqué detailing from the spring/summer 2011 collection
Verdict: What surprised me was that there wasn’t any more Elie Saab gowns on the red carpet, they are normally my go-to-designer for awards as the label always has such elegant pieces *does this mean the Oscars will be full of them?*.
I like this gown, I like the colour, I like the embroidered detailing, I even love the floaty sleeves, I think I just don’t love it on her. I think a lot has to do with her hair distracting me – I just not sure.
