In Pictures – FNO 2011 – Chicago by Terez Baskin

Fashion’s Night Out was last Thursday and there were so many parties all over the city. Chicago had some great fashion finds. I was invited to Neiman’s on the famed Magnificent Mile (Michigan Avenue). The party was highlighted all over the store.

First floor – Makeup Demos by Neiman’s Makeup Artists and the buzz in the store of Music Playing and high energy

Second Floor there was food and fun being had by all.

Third Floor – there were artists presentations. I found an amazingly talented fashion sketch artist who was working on fashion sketches.

But All the love was on TOP. The fourth floor had a high energy fashion show of all the most coveted fall looks. All in All FNO at Neiman’s was a blast. The trends I cannot wait to wear are the haute hosiery to high light my long legs, the layer of textures in the same color family shown below. But I am going to have to find a way to work a hat into my wardrobe as they were also prominently displayed in the show.

Chicago had a full day of other events like Ms Miley Cyrus at the Chicago opening of Topshop, which came into Chicago with a bang; with a runway show  in the middle of Chestnut street. There were parties and fashion finds all over the Mag Mile. Lights to illuminate the rain, but the light showers didn’t keep shoppers away.  The Shops at the North-bridge and Water Tower also had runway shows and events.
