I do love a good cause and they don’t get any better than Warehouse’s Jubilee Swap Shop initiative, which starts today for a week. Basically all you have to do to get involved is take your unwanted fashion items to your nearest Warehouse store and swap your clothes for a 20% discount on all full priced purchases, not bad right!!!
As well as getting a treat for yourself, Warehouse is donating all the clothing to children’s charity, Newlife Foundation, which supports disabled and terminally ill children and their families across the UK.
If you haven’t already done a spring clean of your wardrobe, do, just think as well as helping such a great cause, you’ll get a discount on all the pretty things that Warehouse has in store right now. I am definitely trading in some of my clothes and using my discount for some party threads to enjoy the Jubilee in style. I have my eye on these three gorgeous dresses:
Bonded lace peplum dress, £50; Skylark silk dress, £65; and an embellished halter, £50.
As well as the Jubilee discount, Warehouse are also running some super competitions including the Jubilee Crown hunt competition, which if you hunt down one of the crowns hidden in store you could be in with a chance of winning a spa day for two, afternoon tea for two or a £250 shopping spree! There are no losers – crowns will also entitle finders to discounts of 15%, 25% and 50% plus other amazing prizes in store on the day.
The fun takes place from today, Tuesday 29th May to Tuesday 5th June, get involved and help out this amazing charity.
