Fitness lovers if you have picked up this month’s Zest magazine you may have spotted a familiar face – yes that is me staring back at you on the monthly’s ‘What Gives Me Zest’ feature.
It is such a fun article and one of my favourite features in the magazine, so it was an honour to share what makes me happy, what inspires me, and of course what gets me to hit the gym in the mornings!!!
The photoshoot for the spread was done a few months ago in an East London studio; I love my Stella McCartney for Adidas look, especially the orange hoodie as I do love to add a pop of colour to my workout gear.
This month’s issue is out now and packed full of great features – including a great stress-less plan that I am certainly going to give a go – as well as 20% off H&M’s amazing sportswear range.
