Karl Robot!
Seriously how cool is this Karl Robot accessories capsule collection from Karl Lagerfeld where Karl and Choupette have been reimagined as robots. For his signature label, Lagerfeld has always had a playful streak, it really is the polar opposite I suppose to his design work at Chanel, and I’m loving these futuristic motifs emblazoned on handbags and clutches.
For me, my favourite piece has to be the ivory Karl Robot shopper tote, I love the quirky artwork and the fact it comes with an attached purse inside. This is the perfect carry everything kind of bag that I love. I think this bag would look perfect teamed with cropped jeans, trainers and a white shirt for a perfect weekend shopping look.
I do love a statement clutch and Karl Lagerfeld really has some amazing minaudiere clutches and the boxy Robot one is pretty special featuring a robot caricature of Karl in a glitter finish, so perfect to pair with a great evening look for added personality.
The Karl Robot collection is on sale from February 1, but don’t fret you can pre-order it now. The ivory and ink blue shoppers are £245 each, while the minaudiere clutch is £125, and the chic fun pouch is £115.
