You know that feeling you get when you wear an outfit that instantly make you feel confident and sexy? Well, this statement TTYA x Long Tall Sally origami flower wrap maxi dress made me feel like that over the weekend for date night with my husband. You see, we don’t generally celebrate the traditional romantic nights like Valentine’s Day or the day we first met, but we do like to make time for ourselves and enjoy a great meal, maybe a game of bowling, or a day out by the sea. This weekend with the sunshine I couldn’t help but give this gorgeous print maxi dress a spin when we went out to dinner in Cambridge.

There is something special about this dress, other than the obvious, the print is insane, I really think this has to be one of my favourite collections from the TTYA x Long Tall Sally collaboration, this origami flower print is divine and the sunshine makes it look incredible, thank you weather for being nice to me. But what makes this dress is the wrap style, it has a series of buttons inside that makes it secure while adding a sexy silhouette, which was helped of course by that dramatic thigh-high split. Granted this split might have been a little too much for dinner, but if you can’t get dressed up for your husband when can you!!!

Don’t you just adore the Boho meets botanicals vibe about this maxi dress, at a wedding, or a garden party you would definitely make an entrance, plus at £85 it really is a great price. Now I just need to find another event to shine in it!!! Last year I was a little obsessed with maxi dresses and I think it might be a trend going forward this year.
