The Magic Of Blossom In A Dress

The Magic Of Blossom In A Dress

One of my favourite times of year has to be when the blossom is in full bloom. I’m a sucker for the pale pink, candy pink, vibrant pink and white blossom that looks like candyfloss and clouds in the trees. I just love how pretty it looks on the tree, how magical it looks when it swirls around when it drops to the ground, and also, surprisingly I love how quickly it fades, as somehow that makes it more beautiful. One of my favourite blossom spots has to be this beauty in Cambridge. You may recognise it as I have used this location before, last year I went casual, this year I decided to share a gorgeous Wolf & Whistle dress that is perfect for the upcoming wedding season.

You guys know I’m a fan of Wolf & Whistle, they always seem to do flattering and fun styles, and I adore the drop hem and cut-out detailing on this dress as it adds a playful touch to this super cute look. I’ve been waiting for the blossom to bloom to share as I thought it would look cool to showcase the blossom print against the fluffy pink backdrop, and I think it came out so well.

This dress is so incredible it needed amazing heels and I found them in these tassel beauties from Emu Australia. I love this shoe brand, as each season it really pushes the style stakes away from its sheepskin boots, and these sandals are so comfortable to wear that they will be perfect for wedding season and dancing all night long.

I know black isn’t the go-to colour for a wedding look, but I was thinking this would be great for an evening wedding, maybe you are just going to the reception. But even with it being black, the silhouette and delicate print really makes it a great choice.

Have you started thinking about what you are going to wear for wedding season?
