Karl Lagerfeld unveiled his capsule collection, Hogan by Karl Lagerfeld last night in Paris with this amazing short movie, La Lettre, written and directed by the man himself.
Once again Karl went for his muse Jean Baptiste Giabiconi again as the leading man alongside Polish model Magdalena Frackowiak in a five-minute short film showing the models having trust issues in moody black-and-white. The clip takes in various locations in Paris *just to make me jealous* including the Palais de Tokyo and the Rue des Saints-Pères – such a gorgeous city for a fashion flick.
I almost forgot that this is basically an advert for his new six-piece womenswear collection with the Italian fashion label, a sneaker, a cowboy boot, a clutch bag, a messenger, a trench coat and a jacket. I just love these sketches.
