Verdict: There is something special about seeing a gorgeous gown in navy, it automatically for me makes it more elegant and sophisticated and this exquisite piece from Bibhu Mohaptra is divine. There are always gorgeous gowns in Bibhu’s collections which really deserve to shine on the red carpet, and this navy number wouldn’t have been out of place at any of the big award shows. I love it!
