Verdict: I am in love with this geisha style mini, I love that Katy Perry always has a bit of fun at events like this and this dress is one of my best looks of the night purely because it is fun. I think it works perfectly with her pink hair, kind of gives her an anime vibe that I love, and the cherry blossom hair accessories is stunning. I love Katy’s look from head-to-toe.
