LFW SS12: Jena.Theo – Fatale

One of my favourite shows of the day had to be Jena.Theo’s Fatale collection, which I was lucky enough to be front row for. Taking inspiration from the darker side of Hollywood, the collection was aided by what I would call cute Barbie hair, think big, bouncing curls, with a gorgeous colours palette and strong silhouettes.

Using a lot of silk the collection had a fluidity to it that I just loved, it flowed down the catwalk in a sexy fashion, but still had a very commercial feel to it. There were lots of gorgeous maxi dresses, oversized shirts, and some great tailored jackets.

As always denim plays a bit part of Jena.Theo and this season they have expanded the collection to include unique fabrics and a wider palette of washes. My favourites had to be these stirrup ones, with the cut-out detailing to the ankle, absolutely gorgeous, practical skinnies with a hint of sexy!!!!!

My favourite piece of the whole collection had to be this very cool parka-style coat, I just love the draping to the front as well as the mustard yellow shade.
