I love finding new labels, especially when they are like Lucza and are filled with gorgeously tailored wardrobe staples in the most luxurious silk, classic linen and soft jersey mixes, and a lovely neutral colour palette of classic gold, champagne, pewter, ivory and black shades.
Created by New Yorker Karen Scofield less than a year ago, this label is going from strength-to-strength with its timeless elegant pieces that it has even caught the eye of a number of celebrities.
What I love most about Lucza has to be the versatility of the collection, which includes gorgeous dresses, tops, bottoms, and knitwear pieces that perfectly complement each other. Don’t get me wrong I love following the trends, but sometimes modern classics is what I need, and this label has it all – from the luxurious feel of the fabrics, to the hidden touches including built-in bras in some items, the flattering fit, and best of the all 90% of the line is made in England.
My favourite pieces have to be these two dresses: the Dolly, a gorgeous linen dress that doesn’t crease so it is perfect to work from day-to-night; and the Natalie in a textured linen/viscose blend fabric, which can easily be dressed up or down, and come April 1 this beauty comes in a navy colour that I totally need in my life!!!
