It seems everyone wants a piece of the pop-up action ahead of the increased number of tourists heading to London for the Olympic Games – we’ve already seen the opening of H&M’s new sportswear pop-ups, Liberty London opened a satellite site opposite the Olympic Park, and even a Karl Lagerfeld pop-up is coming to Selfridges next week, well the one I am most excited about has to be Chanel’s first ever UK beauty and fragrance pop-up – complete with a Chanel nail bar **cue the screams**!!!
Coming July 24, Chanel’s beauty pop-up will open in the heart of Covent Garden – yes you don’t have to trawl all the way over to Westfield Stratford, and when I say in the heart I literally mean it, the pop-up will be opening in the iconic Piazza market building – I can’t think of a better venue.
There will two floors filled full of Chanel’s exquisite collections from nails – I am so hoping that they can do my nails like the ones done for the Couture show, as well as fragrances, skincare and the make-up lines. Plus as well as all that I hear that there will be exclusive products and a packed agenda including live beauty and nail art demonstrations. Yes, you will be able to learn from the Chanel experts.
