I love fun London Fashion Week presentations and they don’t get more fun than Steven Tai’s ‘Worst Day Ever’ theme, showcasing his models dressed in pretty dresses in a classroom having the worst party ever. The collection was incredible and so much fun, centring around a primary colour palette of bright yellow, blue and white, with a few geometric prints for added measure. The pieces mixed structured elements with soft touches of lace and ribbon for that sweet school girl vibe, and I adored the child-like scribble embroidery on the skirts. Another fun touch were the socks that featured brightly coloured plasters on the sheer socks teamed with flat sandals – I do love a little quirky. 
Steven Tai will definitely be on my go-to list for next season after this strong display.
