Tata Naka is always a great London Fashion Week presentation to attend, I love that you get to see a lookbook being shot before your eyes, and the prints are always incredible. For SS16, the designer label has been inspired by one of Mexico’s most famous artists Diego Rivera, with his painting ‘Calla Lillies’ providing the key motifs for the collection.
The South American influence was felt throughout the Tata Naka collection with golden suns on red silks, swimwear in screen-printed earth tones and natural influences shown in pineapples, leaf, star and moon prints to create an eclectic spring/summer collection.
