Is there anything more adorable than Falcon in a cute jumper? Seriously, how cute does this dog look in his new Pawshmere jumper, made from 100% cashmere. I can’t stress how luxurious and soft this jumper is. I’m kind of jealous, and I can tell you Falcon loved wearing it.
This is luxury ready-to-wear for your pooch, and Falcon is modelling the Pablo jumper, Pawshmere’s signature style that comes in an array of colours and 7 sizes from Yorkshire Terriers to Dobermans and German Shepherds.
I went for the biscuit colour, as I just loved the matchy-matchy tone with his fur, but I was tempted by the light blue. When it came to size, I opted for size 4, which fitted him perfectly. But do check the brand’s website, as they have a comprehensive size guide with full measurements for body length and neck and chest circumference.
This is the first time Falcon has rocked a jumper, but it was a special occasion as we were on a little holiday in the Cotswolds and he wanted to get dressed up for dinner, as our hotel had the most amazing fine dining experience which Falcon was able to join us for – so we thought why not all dress up for the occasion.
The jumper itself is beautifully made, 100% cashmere, sourced and manufactured in Nepal, and unlike most dog jumpers out there, Pawshmere caters for medium and large breeds. So perfect for Falcon as a Welsh Springer Spaniel.
Discovering Pawshmere the luxury ethical dog clothing brand
Pawshmere is the brainchild of Maya Tiroche, who has a high-fashion background as a luxury personal shopper with retailers such as Harrods, Saks Fifth Avenue, Selfridges, Dior and Hermes. Her aim is to offer dogs the same luxury choices as their owners, inspired by her own pooch, Pablo.
Maya also wants to make sure her dog clothing is as ethical as possible. Every piece in the collection is made with organic materials and non-toxic dyes and is manufactured to the highest standard by a well-established fair-trade manufacturer in Nepal.
What I will say, this is a luxury product, with prices ranging from 130 to 180 pounds depending on size/breed. Just be aware that cashmere is a delicate fibre, so you will need to wash the jumper by hand, just like you would with your own cashmere pieces. So, if you have a mud-loving dog-like Falcon, best to save your Pawshmere for a special, inside occasion!!!
