Back in May, I introduced the most expensive Barbie designed head-to-toe by fine jewellery designer Stefano Canturi, and now the beautiful doll is being auctioned off charity.
This one-of-a-kind elegant Barbie wearing a strapless party dress, pink peep-toe heels, finished off with a one-carat Fancy Vivid diamond, is being sold off to raise funds for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation and could be yours for $300-000-500,000, on October 20. *I know pocket change*
Of course this isn’t the first time a Barbie has been sold at auction, but this will smash the previous record of $17,091 set at Christie’s London back in 2006, for a Barbie created in 1965 and known as Midnight Red.
I wonder who will be taking the Barbie home? *If only I had won the Euro Millions at the weekend it could have been me*
