Verdict: I am loving Rachel’s flirty attitude to red carpet dressing of late, and this is Dior dress with its ruffled shoulders, lace embroidered bodice and tiered skirt is perfection on her. I also love the fact that she teamed this gown with nude heels and casual waves in hair. Gorgeous!!
