I went to New York recently *you might have heard/read* and of course I couldn’t leave the big apple without a Barbie. I have to admit I didn’t have much time to shop around so I thought it was best just to head over to the huge Toys R Us in Times Square. I wasn’t disappointed as they have a life-size dolls house for all the Barbie merchandise.
It was a hard choice to buy just one *my case only had room for one*, but eventually after about 30 minutes *probably longer* of deliberating I finally went for the gorgeous Couture Angel Barbie doll.
It was the romantic vibe of the Couture Angel Barbie doll that made my final decision, also the angel wings helped. I don’t know about you but I just love her stunning strapless light pink gown with golden foil printed tulle. As with most of my Barbie’s the accessories are very important, and I love a Barbie with a crown especially when it comes with a matching medallion necklace.
As well as the doll’s face, dress and accessories I am a huge fan of the packaging, mainly because most of my Barbie’s are kept in their boxes and this one has to be one of my favourites. I absolutely love it, I think that is because it reminds me of the gorgeous illustrated fairy tales that I used to read as a child.
