Happy Easter everyone!!!
I hope that you are all having an enjoyable four-day weekend, I always love this bank holiday as it is all about food, long walks and loved ones. This weekend I have been waiting for the sun to shine, well it is spring after all, so I can go and see all the lambs at Wimpole Hall. Until the weather catches up I have been baking up a storm, making chocolate cornflake Easter nest cakes with mini eggs as well as a cute selection of pink and white fairy cakes – I went a little sprinkle crazy.
Oh and I couldn’t resist getting a little silly with my furry bunny ears that my good friends Sarah and Jim sent me!!!
