So, you may have wondered where I have been, with my lack of blog posts and tweeting this week. Well dependant on how you view my site, you may have been blocked from visiting Fashionista Barbie earlier on this week, as I had a tiny security breach *nothing serious*. After a very stressful 24-hours, a purge of the sneaky piece of code, a refresh of my blog from my back-up, and a change of theme *hence the new look*, I was back online.
I must admit, however stressful, and even with my drama queen outbursts on Twitter, that security breach really was a blessing in disguise *I don’t however need another one*, because look at my fab new layout. I did wallow a little, OK maybe a lot and did question why I do this blog, but when push comes to show I love doing Fashionista Barbie, and I love all you lovely readers.
So instead of just reverting back to my old look, I took my down-time as a chance to do what I have been talking about for months a complete new redesign. Granted, I am not completely done, but come on for a just a few days work it isn’t looking too bad is it??? I have a new theme, new colours, new fonts *which I am still not 100% happy with yet*, and a brand spanking new logo – pretty cute right!!!
I have added a few new features including a new category on the menu for my style posts, which I am planning on doing a look more of, and over in my side panel I have added all my social media channels so you know where to get your latest Fashionista Barbie hit from Twitter to Facebook, Pinterest and even Tumblr!
